Insurance Cover

Sublet Management Opportunities

A benefit to owning a holiday home at Fallbarrow Park is that you can sublet through South Lakeland Holidays where we handle the marketing, cleaning, key handling and bookings for your holiday home. Income from this can be used to help with your annual running costs. Please call our Holiday Reservations Manager on 015395 69835 to discuss the opportunities.

Running Costs

When considering purchasing your holiday home you need to budget for additional running costs. Costs include rates, metered electric and metered or bottled gas. More information on these costs can be given on park when you visit us.
